Since 1872, people have gathered at Speakers Corner in Hyde Park to exercise their rights to free speech in all its forms. The film examines in detail a place where socialists, Islamic fundamentalists, labor politicians, historians, utopians, Zionists, white supremacists and Christian evangelicals all congregate weekly in a single small location. All are freely expressing and debating their views, there is no violence, and thousands of people show up to participate – every Sunday. This is the essence of Speakers Corner, a small area of Hyde Park, London, which was protected by a British Act of Parliament in 1872, to allow people complete freedom of speech in a public place. This is the only such bastion of free speech in the world and stands as a powerful metaphor for global democracy and our future.

The film examines the Survivors' lives today, considering their work as activists within the anti-genocide movement - each doing their part to ensure that no others suffer the same horrific fate they were made to live through. By presenting these stories of loss, survival, and hope side by side, the film highlights the commonalities these four individuals share both as Survivors and, more broadly, as human beings.

In her attempt to feel more complete, she seeks out her biological, Chinese family, whom she thinks is still in China. She discovers that they are in fact in Los Angeles, and own a local Chinese restaurant called the Joy Luck Pig. She is thrilled to find this discovery, but when the two families finally meet, tension and conflict ensues immediately. Joy's happy ending may not be so happy, after all.

His grandfather Juaquin, an easy going fisherman who supports him completely, will help the boy follow his dream, but Mayi, a melancholic, lonely, working woman is against it. She believes she will end up alone, abandoned by Ramon like she was from his father. When Mayi finds Ramon dreaming about the match everything becomes complicated, but Ramon´s strong desire will lead Mayi to understand that happiness comes with supporting your loved ones´ dreams. Ramon will play the match and pursuit his dreams, tomorrow.

When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, over four hundred police officers failed to report for work, essentially abandoning the force and city, while the officers who stayed worked long hours in dismal conditions to keep order and rescue survivors from the flooding. Inspired by these actual events, 'Flood Waters' is set in a run-down bar in Houston, Texas and depicts Detective Jimmy Bordonaro's investigation of fellow cop Malcolm Hawkins, who not only walked off the job when the storm hit but may have also committed a crime before leaving the city. The confrontation between these two men challenges what Jimmy is willing to believe and what is the truth.

Since Elisabeth hasn't given Ryan an answer yet, Johnny hopes that he can still be more than friends with her. Johnny turns to a new pill called 'the blues' to give him 'three more hours a day' to help him balance his pursuits. But when Johnny's dealer Tony (John Nicholas) cuts Johnny off, Johnny has to go down a dangerous path to get more, putting Johnny and his friends in danger.
